Operations management is in regard to all operations within the organization responsible for creating goods and services that organizations pass to their customers. This function is at the heart of all organizations, giving the means of achieving their aims and reason for their existence. These activities include: managing purchases, inventory control, quality control, storage and logistics. A great deal of focus in operations is on efficiency and effectiveness of such a process. However the share of the visitors has decreased from 0.7 percent to 0.6 percent presently. To improvise the share, the government has introduced reforms and a certain level of investment as well in the continents international tourism industry. Body The Australian government have introduced various reforms time and again so as to boost the said industry and increase its contribution to the GDP of the country as a whole. Government has a whole array of reforms which are being implemented gradually. Firstly they aimed at encouraging the regional tourism and then attract the international tourists to visit the regional areas of the country. The regulators are concentrating on funding the marketing of the attractions of Australia to the world along with supporting some of the famous sports, social and business events as well. The Government has been a major contributor monetarily for the development of tourism in Australia. The total expenditure of the Australian Tourism Agency in 2014 was about $700 million of which 90% was paid by the Government. However under the Tourism 2020 plan the Government has highlighted four major action plan to cater to the said challenge. They are focussed upon retention of the people in the said industry, enhancement of regional workforce and development, providing adequate training and education to people so as to fill up the said gap and enhancement of workforce mobility and encouraging the traditional workforce as well (austrade.gov.au, 2016). Further cooperation between governments at the state and regional level will be more beneficial in attracting the international tourists. Such as instead of fighting for securing the major events, if the state and regional governments join hands then it would prevent overbidding for events thus dispersing the profit accumulating to the Australian community as a whole. Promoting tourism in any country would mean that the air travel facilities should be good. Australia has negotiated air service arrangements with 94 countries and for more than ten years now the Australian Government has had a policy of practicing international aviation liberalisation which is in the interest of the nation (Kiser, 2003). Their main motto has been that the supply is more than the demand. The open skies arrangements and the open capacity arrangements are some of the air service arrangements made by the Australian government so as to ensure accessibility to various parts of Australia. The government has also introduced a reformation for the visa application process. It is understood that the continents visa application process is too cumbersome and demanding as compared to the other comparable countries visa application process. With the advent of China as a major gateway for international visitors to Australia it is becoming a necessity to improve the visa processing procedure for China. They fund the infrastructure of the parks and such other attractions by ensuring that the walking path is well maintained, proper sign boards are put and information centres are updated. Another very important part fo the Australian tourism industry is that not only China but other parts of Asia are also a major contributor to the industry. This restricts their ability to cater to both domestic as well as international visitors. Thus Government is trying to work upon the same so that higher number of tourism enterprises takes the opportunity of doing business digitally. After watching the video A Class Divided, there are a few things that jumped out at m. The questionable ethics of the experiment and the blatant discrimination that occurred was used as a learning tool. the use of these questionable methods were an attempt to illuminate a dark area of social learning an understanding while trying to break the bonds of racism and prejudice. The results call to light human nature and the effects of racial inequity. The videos were broken into parts and the parts consisted of the teacher showing and telling the students about discrimination the day after the assignation of martin Luther king Jr. She broke the students into groups and told them one was blue eyes and one was brown eyes. She then proceeded to tell the blue eye group of students that they were superior to the brown eye group of students, and that the brown eye students could get on the playground and had to come in early and couldn’t eat. Mr. Isaaccson was able to make any situation, book, or problem be an obstacle a person had to face and to learn from it to better one’s self. Mr. Isaacson was able to take a single lecture and make it relate to our own lives, beliefs, and problems. Over the years I learned not only was he an author and a lawyer, but somehow he accidently became a Rabbi for the U.S. Navy and was not even Jewish. He was able to make something so bizarre like that and somehow convey it back to literature or other life experiences. One of my favorite things I learned from him was the concept of existentialism. I remembered being so fascinated with the ideas and beliefs of the philosophy because of the way he would describe and correlate it to real life. Mr. Isaacson’s class to me was more than an English class, but more of a life lesson. When it comes to books, Mr. Isaacson knew everything there was to know about them. Even though it was his job to know it did not seem like it. Literature was his passion and hobby. He even wrote his own novel based on a romance. Every student was surprised to find out about his book because he did not seem like the romantic type. Books like The Great Gatsby, My Name is Asher Lev, and 1984 were among his favorites and soon became mine as well. Every book we read, he somehow was able to associate it to today’s culture and expectations. I learned never to conform to society’s standards and dare to be different all because of Henry David Thoreau’s book Walden. The way he explained the book in a deeper meaning made all students think of how we could relate it to our own lives. Books to him were not just words on paper, but something he felt he had to share his love and appreciation for to younger generations, so we too could admire the message and the characters just as much has he did. This is exactly what he did for many of my classmates and me. Throughout the years Mr. Isaacson became more of a role model than a teacher. I could go up to him for anything and not be judged. He passed away on September 29, 2016. Though his time on earth was cut short, he left an enormous legacy. Mr. Isaacson impacted so many students to become better writers, readers, and persons. It is very hard to encounter teachers like him; this is why I can appreciate everything he taught me and all the other students who had the honor of having him as their teacher. Mr. Isaacson will forever and always be that one teacher who changed me as a student and person.

It is interesting that Gone Girl is a feminist and anti-feminist movie at the same time. For example, Fincher's "The girl with the dragon tattoo" was absolutely feminist. However, as a new movie of the director is in general anti-human, it contains two opposite doctrines: the sacrifices women make for men are great and dramatic, but women also mock at men so much that it depreciates their own sacrifices. The ps ychological thriller is a genre that is very popular in the modern world, but the movies of this genre are usually very pessimistic. The inner world of every person is dark and frightening, thus this genre appears to be the most difficult and not every director decides to work with it.                  Ã‚  Still, there is one thing that makes Gone Girl less gloomy. One of two main characters seems to be too specific, not corresponding to the ideas of an average person. Rothman states: â€Å"Gone Girl† is a fantasy, of course, and it takes place in a dream world, not reality. Leaving the theatre, you have to ask yourself how connected these ideas are in real life. And you can’t miss the fact that, fundamentally, â€Å"Gone Girl† is a farce. There is no  real  crime or horror in the Dunne household. Amy and Nick hurt one another, but in unexceptional ways; Nick’s affair with a sexy student - Emily Ratajkowski, of the â€Å"Blurred Lines† music video - is played for comedy.
